Scheduling requests
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a meeting or event with our office! Please complete and submit the appropriate form, and your request will be reviewed and processed for consideration.
Due to the high volume of requests, we ask that you provide all pertinent details and allow our scheduling team two to three weeks from the date of your request to respond.
Please note that submission does not provide confirmation of Supervisor Arenas' attendance.
- Meeting request form - Requests will be accepted at any time; however, the dates of interest will be evaluated to determine Supervisor Arenas' availability to meet. Staff member(s) will be assigned to attend and/or conduct meetings with and without the Supervisor as appropriate.
- Event request form - All requests must be received at least one month prior to the event date to ensure adequate review time and Supervisor Arenas’ availability to attend.
- Media request form - If you are seeking an interview or quote from Supervisor Arenas or her office, please fill out the form below. If your request is time sensitive, submit the form and follow up by calling us at 408-299-5010.
